C. 157-77 0 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS PERCISION SCREWTHREAD CORPORATION MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/IMDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego has accepted an offer to purchase Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4 (5.8 acres) in the Fuskego Business/Industrial Park by the Simpson-Nelson Cor- poration to construct a building for the Percision Screwthread Corporation, and WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been submitted and reviewed by Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended WHEREAS since a portion of the employee the required 50' setback, a variance must be approval, and parking area is approved by the within Common 0 Council. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational plans prepared by Lambert-Peterman-Nairn-Nunnemacher, Inc. for a building for the Percision Screwthread Corporation on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4, in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council that a variance in setback be approved to per- mit employee parking within the 50' setback area. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition that landscape plans are submitted to the Plan Commission for approval. City of Muskego Defeated Deferred jm 10/14/77
