ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF BATHHOUSE
KRISTIN DOWN
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for architectural approval
of a bathhouse to be located in the Kristin Down planned unit
development, and
WHEREAS the plans dated September 20, 1977 indicated that
the bathhouse will be constructed with face brick, redwood boards
and asphalt shingles, and
WHEREAS the bathhouse will be located north of the pool as
indicated on the site plan submitted, and will be 12' x 24' in
size.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the architecture for a 12' x 24'
bathhouse to be located in the Kristin Down planned unit development.
