DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
CLARENCE J. FROELICH
WHEREAS Clarence J. Froelich, W193 S6776 Hillendale Drive,
submitted a sketch for a 440' x 182' division of his property in
the SE 1/4 of Section 5 which was referred to the planner on
July 19, 1977, and
WHEREAS in his report of July 28, 1977, Planning Consultant
Mangiamele recommended that an overall layout sketch be submitted
due to the topography and water drainage conditions, showing how
this property could be developed considering these conditions, and
0 WHEREAS an overall layout sketch has been submitted and re-
viewed by the planner, indicating no consideration for preserving
the topography or for providing for proper water drainage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for a 440' x 182' division
of the Froelich property in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 because no
consideration has been made for preserving the topography or for
providing for proper water drainage.
