GEORGE KOSTKA PROPERTY ON HILLENDALE
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(KASTELLO BUILDERS)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Roger W. Johnson,
land surveyor, October b, 1977, has been.submitted to finalize a
two parcel division of the Kostka property on Hillendale Drive in
the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a sketch for a one par-
cel division with an additiona1'20;OOO sq. ft. to be provided until
sewers are available, in their Resolution #P. C. 129-77, adopted
September 6, 1977, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map indicates Parcel "B" to be
the easement lot, and there would be a strip^ of land 13' in width
, along the north boundary of Parcel "B", and
WHEREAS it would be--more--desirable .that -Parcel "B" -be eliminated
and an easement be provided in the area of Parcel "B" , or that
Parcel "B" be extended to include the 13' strip along the north
lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted
with the condition that Parcel "B" is eliminated and an easement
provided in the area of Parcel "B".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
