DISAPPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WINDERMERE SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Robers E, Fischer,
Inc., consulting engineers, October 26, 1972 with revision date
of August 22, 1977, for Windermere Subdivision (formerly Palmer)
in the Town of Norway, has been submitted to the Plan Commission
for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the preliminary plat for
Windermere Subdivision in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that the preliminary plat for Windermere
Subdivision in the Town of Norway be disapproved.
