WHEREAS John Stender, W236 S7970 Highland Drive, Big Bend,
Wisconsin has submitted a sketch for a seven parcel division,
and an alternative sketch for a four parcel division, of his
property on Durham Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
denial of these sketches because of the layout as proposed ana
