RESOLUTION #P. C. 149-77
APPROVAL OF SIGN AND REVISED SITE PLAN
AMERICAN COLLEGE
WHEREAS a revised site plan prepared by Jahnke F, Jahnke
with revision date of August 2, 1977 for American College, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission, indicating the relocation
of the parking lot, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a revised site plan
by Resolution #P. C. 79-77 adopted June 21, 1977, and
WHEREAS a plan for a 4' x 6' free standing sign to be con-
structed of 8" x 8" rough timbers and located in the center of
the road reservation as shown on the site plan, has been submitted
to the Plan Commission.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised site plan for
American College dated August 2, 1977 indicating the relocation
of the parking lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 4' x 6' free standing sign
is hereby approved, with the condition that if and when the re-
served right-of-way becomes public, the sign shall be removed
within 30 days of the City's request at the owner's expense.
