APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT SKETCH
JUSEPH T. KELLY
WHEREAS Joseph T. Kelly, Route 3, P. 0. Box 165, Mukwonago,
has submitted a sketch prepared by Hoffmann,Polzin E Assoc.
for a four parcel division of his property, being a part of the
SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval of this sketch and recommended that full development of
the cul de sac and the asphalting of the road be required, and
WHEREAS a 60' road reservation for Valley Drive Extended
West through the property shall be required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Joseph T. Kelly for a four parcel division of his property in
the SW 1/4 of Section 9 with the conditions that the cul de sac
be fulWdeveloped, the road be asphalted, and a 60' road reserva-
tion for Valley Drive Extended west through the property be
obtained. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review in accordance with Section 10.3 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
