APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WAYNE PETERSON
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, revised Sept. 23, 1977, has been submitted to
finalize a two parcel division of the Anne Peterson property
at S68 W16918 Martin Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the development sketch
for the Peterson-Rinderle-Stichmann Properties in Resolution #P. C.
128-77, adopted September 6, 1977, and
WHEREAS an easement has been provided for Parcel 1 for ingress
and egress, and sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map for this
two parcel division of the Anne Peterson property in the SW 1/4
of Section 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
