REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer a sketch submitted by Donald G. Miller
for a one parcel division of his property located at S73 W16663
Janesville Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, to Planning Con-
sultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer a Petition for Zoning Change of RS-2
to RSM for the property located at S73 W16663 Janesville Road in
the NW 1/4 of Section 10, for the purpose of constructing a 16
family apartment building, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
review and recommendation.
