APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FAHNING - SCFiMIDT
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert E.
Jagusch, land surveyor, August 17, 1977, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Florence Fahning,
Elmer and William Schmidt property on Tess Corners Drive in
Section 1, and
WHEREAS the City Fngineer has reported that the drainage
easement through this parcel would not present any particular
problem.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map
for this one parcel division of the Florence Fahning, Elmer
and William Schnidt property on Tess Corners Drive in Section 1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
a favorable report from the Public Works Committee.
