ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GAFAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Louis Luedke,
S66 bi14930 Woodland Place, to permit construction of a 12' x 2u',
unattached, second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEKEAS it does not appear that such garage would nave a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Louis
Luedke for a 12' x 20', unattached, second garage structure.
0- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of the
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
