REQUEST FOR REVISED SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
HARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS John Groh, 16724 West Crescent Drive, New Berlin,
Wisconsin, has submitted a sketch for a proposed development
consisting of 69 lots, 20,000 sq. ft. in area, to be known as
Marlan Meadows, located in the east half of Section 4, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval of the sketch, with modifications as presented in his
report dated August 11, 1977, and
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has requested an
additional 1% to 2 acres to be added to the proposed 8 acre park
site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby request a revised sketch for the
proposed development of Marlan Meadows to include the modifications
as suggested in Planning Consultant Mangiamele's report of
August 11, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a 69 parcel development assuming the dedication of
the additional 1% acres would be p.rovided.
