ARCHITECTURAL APPROVPL OF SECOl.lD GAPAGE STRUCTURE
Thomas Ferguson
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Thomas Ferguson,
W188 S6589 Gold Drive, to permit construction of a 10' x 16',
unattached, second garage structure to be used for storage
purposes, and
WHEREAS this structure will be constructed on a city right-
of way adjacent to his property, authorized by the Common Council
in Resolution #205-77 adopted September 13, 1977, and
WHEREAS Mr. Ferguson has been advised that the city may
request removal of this structure at any time, at the owner's
expense and within 30 days of such request, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties ir: this RS-2 District.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Thomas
Ferguson for a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural desizn of the
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED that this structure shall be removed
upon- request of the City, at the owner's expense and within
30days of such request.
