KECOMMENDATION TO REZONE THE AREA
AROUND LAKE DENOON TO KS-2
WHEREAS certain areas around Lake Denoon in the S 1/2 of
Section 32 and the E 1/2 of Section 31 are presently zoned
R-3, and
WHEREAS sewers are imminent for this area, and
WHEREP.S the existing OED and OLR overlay districts would
remain intact.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego
