WHEREAS John Stender, W236 S7970 Highland Drive, Big Bend,
Wisconsin, has submitted a sketch for a seven parcel division,
and an alternative sketch for a four parcel division, Of his
property on Durham Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 11.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer these sketches for land divi-
sion of the John Stender property in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 to
Planning Consultant Mangianele for review and recommendation. -
