APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEG0 ANIMAL HOSPITAL
wHLHEAS Dr. Lee Elger of Muskego, Wisconsin, has submitted
building, site and operational plans for an animal hospital
(Muskeg0 Animal Hospital) to be located at S80 W19055 Janesville
Road, in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS the plans have been reviewed by Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended
approval, and
WHEREAS City Attorney Buckley has given his opinion that
- e this use would be permitted in an RS-2 (00s) District under
- Section 9.01 of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE 1'1' RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans for the Muskego Animal Hospital to be located
at 580 W19055 Janesville Foad, in the )!E 1/4 of Sect.ion 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESULVEP that this approval includes the
2' x 3' free-standing, illuminated, professional identification
sign, as located cn the site plan.
