APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans prepared by
Gordon K. Stucky, architect, February 1, 1977, have been sub-
mitted for a Pizza Hut to be located at S73 W16730 Janesville
Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS the City Engineer and Planning Consultant have
reviewed the plan and have recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
0 operational plans for Pizza Hut at S73 W16730 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not include
approval for the landscaping and exterior lighting, which is
subject to further review by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FUKTHER RESOLVED that the free-standing sign is not
approved.
