PCR1977129RESOLUTION #P. C. 129-77 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION KASTELLO BUILDERS, INC. WHEREAS Kastello Builders, Inc. has submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of the George Kostka property on tiillendale Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110' average width, and the lot proposed more than meets these requirements, and WHEREAS the existing dwelling at W192 S6632 Hillendale Drive is not sewered, it is proposed that an additional 20,000 sq. ft. be provided by easement until sewers are available. e THEREFORE BE IT HESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a one parcel division of the Kostka property on Nillendale Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5. BE IT FUKTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the cost of review.
