APPROVAL OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SKETCH
PETERSON - RINDERLE - STICHMANN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS a proposed development sketch for the Peterson-
Rinderle-Stichmann Properties located in the SW 1/4 of Section 3,
prepared by Thomas Inman, land surveyor, August 29, 1977, has
been submitted, and
WHEREAS the sketch indicates a proposed road providing a
guide for the future division of land presently owned by Peterson,
Rinderle and Stichmann, as recommended by the planner in his report
dated June 21, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego would be receptive to the submission of a certi-
fied survey map to finalize the division of Parcel 1 of the Peter-
son property, with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the cost
of review, and with the condition that an agreement be executed
by the property owners to the east stating that the location of
the road is satisfactory to them.
BE IT FURTHER P%ESOLVED that an easement be provided for
Parcel 1 for ingress and egress, and sewer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed development sketch
will be placed on file and used in future development of the
properties to the east.
