APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES
WHEREAS landscaping plans have been submitted for Lake
Brittany Estates, a portion of the Covenant Living Centers
planned unit development, and
WHEREAS these landscape plans which were prepared by
Daverman Associates, Inc., February 11, 1977, for the developer,
Homestead Properties, Inc., have been reviewed by Planning Con-
sultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended
approval subject to the conditions as set forth in Planning Con-
sultant Mangiamele's report dated June 9, 1977, with the excep-
tion that the small shelter referred to will not be required.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the landscape plans submitted for
Lake Brittany Estates subject to the conditions as set forth in
the planner's report of June 9, 1977, with the exception that
the small shelter referred to will not be required.
