KEFERKAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE - JOHN ZELLMER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by John Zellrner,
563 W18429 Martin Drive, to permit construction of a 60' x 24',
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS this garage will be located in a residential area
and on an irregular shaped lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of John Zellmer
for a second garage structure to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
