WHEKEAS Virginia A. Peroceschi, SI5 W19246 Bay Shore
Drive, has submitted a petition requesting legal status for
Lot 14, Block 3 in the Bay Shore Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the topography could be a problem in the develop-
ment of this lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Musk,-go does hereby refer the request of Virginia A.
Peroceschi, IS75 W19246 Bay Shore Drive, for legal status for
Lot 14, Block 3 in the Bay Shore Estates Subdivision to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
