APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NEOME DANES
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, August 24, 1977, has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Neome Danes property on McShane
Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for land
division in Resolution #P. C. 92-77, adopted July 19, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map 0 for this two parcel division of the Neome Danes property on
McShane Drive in the SW 1/1, of Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
