ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
James Eigenberger
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by James Eigenberger,
S103 W18708 Keiser Lane, to permit construction of a 22' x 20',
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of James
Eigenberger for a 22' x 20', unattached, second garage structure. - a- BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED that the architectural design of the
. second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
