REQUEST FOR SUBMITTAL OF LAYOUT SKETCH

WHEREAS Clarence J. Froelich, W193 S6776 Hillendale
Drive, submitted a sketch for a division of his property in
the SE l/b of Section 5, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted his
report on this division, dated July 28, 1977, and
WHEREAS the report indicates that it would be desirable
for an overall layout sketch to be provided due to the land
and water Table conditions in the area, showing the road pattern
and the effect of the development on the entire property and
the surrounding properties. 0
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby request Clarence J. Froelich to
submit an overall layout sketch of his entire property, showing
the road pattern, lot layout, and the effect of the development
on the entire property and the surrounding properties, for
further review.
