C. 118-77 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF PUMPHOUSE LAKE LORE ESTATES WHEREAS plans have been submitted for architectural approval of a pumphouse to be located on an outlot in the Lake Lore Estates planned unit development, and Inc., April 15, 1977, indicate that the pumphouse will be con- structed with 8" concrete block, asphalt shingles, and with and, exterior siding and trim to be approved by the City of Muskego, WHEREAS the plans prepared by Inman Engineering of Milw., WHEREAS the asphalt driveway is shown 1' from the south property line with no landscaping, and WHEREAS it would be more desirable to have brick veneer or a combination of brick and wood on the exterior of the building, and, WHEREAS the driveway should be moved to the north to provide for a planting screen along the south lot line. City of Muskego does hereby approve the architecture for the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the pumphouse to be located in the Lake Lore Estates planned unit development, with the condition that a brick veneer or a com- bination of brick and wood be used on the exterior of the building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the driveway shall be moved to the north to provide for a planting screen along the south lot line.
