PCR1977115RESOLUTION #P. C. 115-77 KECOMMENDING ZONING MAP AMENDMENT (Richard M. Knudsen) WHEREAS Richard M. and Terri L. Knudsen have filed a petition requesting that their property at W188 56909 Gold Drive, be re-zoned from RS-2 to RS-2 O.D. to permit the existing structure to be used as a duplex, and WHEREAS Ordinance No. 331 was approved by the Common Council on July 26, 1977 to create an O.D. District (Duplex) and regulations therefor in the City Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS the structure on this property was previously used for business and residential purposes, and is adaptable to duplex use. However, this lot does not meet the minimum size requirement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the Zoning Map be amended to provide for an O.D. overlay for the Richard M. and Terri L. Knudsen property located at W188 S6909 Gold Drive. City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 8-1L-37 Defeated Deferred
