APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
RICHARD J. HANAGAN
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, August 5, 1977, has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Richard J. Hanagan property in
the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for land
division in Resolution #P. C. 6-76 (As Amended), adopted
February 17, 1976.
THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map for this
two parcel division of the Richard J. Hanagan property in the
NE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
