REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
BUILDING, SITE E, OPERATIONAL PLANS - PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans prepared by
Gordon K. Stucky, architect, February 1, 1977, have been sub-
mitted for a Pizza Hut to be located at S73 W16730 Janesville
Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City Engineer review the
storm water drainage plans, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the Planning Consultant to
review the landscape plans and the proposed sign prior to
action by the Plan Commission. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer building, site and operational
plans for a Pizza Hut at S73 W16730 Janesville Road in the
NW 1/4 of Section 10 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and the
City Engineer for review and recommendation.
