RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR WAUER'S EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has received a petition
from Carl Wauer for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #20 to
permit continued mining and processing of sand and gravel on
approximately 9.874 acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS all of the Wauer property in Section 18 except this
9.874 acres is now included in the Wauer Landfill Permit and
this parcel also will be eventually included in the landfill
restoration.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
renewal of the extractive permit under Conditional Use Grant
#20 to permit continued mining and processing of sand and gravel
for the period of June 1, 1977 to June 1, 1978.
