ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
KICK STRUM
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Rick Strum,
W175 S7171 Lake Drive, to permit construction of a 18' x 22',
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 (OLS)
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Rick Strum
for a 18' x 22', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of the
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
