REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
John Groh (Marlan Meadows)
WHEREAS John Groh, 16724 West Crescent Drive, New Berlin,
Wisconsin, has submitted a sketch for a proposed development
consisting of 69 lots, 20,000 sq. ft. in area, to be known as
Marlan Meadows, located in the east half of Section 4.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch for the proposed
development of Marlan Meadows to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
