UENIAL OF PROPOSED EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
Gerald R. Loebel
granted Conditional Use Grant #65 by the Plan Commission on
November 21, 1972, to permit the indoor storage of recreational
equipment, etc., in the existing outbuildings on his property,
and,
WHEREAS Gerald Loebel, W181 S9134 Parker Drive, was
WHEREAS Mr. Loebel has now submitted plans prepared by
Trebor Development Corp. for construction of a new building and
an addition to an existing building for additional storage area,
and,
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended to
the Plan Commission in his report dated July 13, 1977, that per-
mission for additional storage area should not be granted because
the scattered buildings on the site detract from the description
given by the zoning ordinance for this type of use, and
exceeds the 1% limit as established by Section 8.01 (71B.2 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS the square footage of the existing outbuildings far
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the proposed expansion of the
Conditional Use Grant for Gerald R. Loebel.
