RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL
DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS
Jerome Mazurkiewicz
WHEREAS Jerome Mazurkiewicz, S70 W17511 Forest Drive,
has submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lots 14 and
15, Block 12, in Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Mr. Mazurkiewicz's existing home is on Lot 14, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS Lot 14 has 60' average width with 7,149 sq. ft. in
area and Lot 15 has 60' average width with 8,181 sq. ft. in area,
and,
WHEREAS previous requests for legal status have been denied
in this subdivision to alleviate increased density and overcrowding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
request of Jerome Mazurkiewicz for legal status for Lots 14 and 15,
Block 12, Muskego Shores Subdivision, be denied.
