DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
RONALD J. KADING
WHEREAS Ronald J. Kading, Wedgewood Realty Co., 6735 West
Bottsford Avenue, Greenfield, Wisconsin, has submitted a sketch
for a two parcel division of his property at W128 S6395 Berger
Lane, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires lots with
an average width of 110' and 20,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed have an average width of 109 ft.
and 17,458.4 sq. ft. in area, and therefore do not meet the
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted for a two
parcel division of the Ronald J. Kading property.
