REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
Joseph T. Kelly
WHEREAS Joseph T. Kelly, Route 3, P. 0. Box 165, Mukwonago,
Wisconsin, has submitted a sketch for a four parcel division of
his property, being a part of the SW l/lr of Section 9 and the
NW 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS the lands to the south and east of this property
are undeveloped, and
WHEREAS a road pattern would be necessary to develop those
lands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer a sketch submitted by Joseph T.
Kelly for a four parcel division of his property in the SW 1/11 of
Section 9 and the NW 1/4 of Section 16 to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
