APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT
HEATKER RIDGE ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1, TOWN OF VERNON
WEEREAS the Plan Commission denied a preliminary plat for a
subdivision known as Heather Ridge Estates Addn. No. 1 in the
Town of Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial
jurisdiction in Resolution #P. C. 30-77 adopted March 1, 1977
because a revised preliminary was being prepared, and
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus, June 2E,
1977, has now been submitted for approval, and
WBEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and
has determined that it is in conformance with a revised preliminary
plat which was also submitted, which indicates only a portion of the
original preliminary plat.
THEREFORE 3E IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary and final plats for
Heather Ridge Estates Addn. No. 1 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council thst the preliminary and final plats for
Heather Ridge Estates Addn. No. 1 in the Town of Verncn be approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approva~l is subject to
favorable reports from the objecting agencies.
