WEEREAS the Plan Commission has received a request for an
approval of a building, site and operational plan for a Boy Blue
Store proposed to be located north of St. Francis Savinks E Loan
in the Parkland Nall shopping center parking lot, and
WHEREAS it is the Plan Commission's o2inion that the Boy Blue
Store would constitute 2 substantial alteration of the original
Dian which was zpproved for the planned unit develcpment for
Parkland Plaza as "satellites" were not insicated thereon, and
WXPLAS the Plan Commission recommended to the Common Council
that a public hearing be scheduled to consider the Boy Blue Store
proposed to be located in the Parkland Mall shopping center
parking lc.t, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.02 (4) B., the Plan
Conmission shall make its recommendation to the Conmon Council
as to the appropriateness and desirability of the proposal and
the suitability of the building, site and developnent plans~..
TtiEXFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City
