APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE E OPERATIONAL PLAIiS
DAIRY QUEEN 0
WHEREAS International Dairy Queen, Inc. of Minneapolis,
Minnesota hcs subnitted building, site and operational plans
for a Dairy Queen to be located on Parcel 2 of the Northridge
Bank land division of the Parkland Plaza planned unit development
property on Janesville Road in Section 10, and
WHEREAS the plans have been reviewed by Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended
approval Fr’ovided the. landscaping conforms to the recommendations
of Planning Consultant Mangiamele in his report dated July 14,
1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operation-
al plans prepared by International Dairy Queen for a Dairy Queen to
be located on Parcel 2 of the Nortk,ridge Bank land division of the
Parkland Plaza planned unit devehpment property on Janesville Road
in Section 10, with the exception of the free-standing sign as shown
on the site plan, which is subject to further review by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the landscaping of this property
shall conform to the recommendations of Planning Consultant
Mangiamele in his report dated July 14, 1977.
