APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, July 13, 1977, has been submitted
to finalize the creation of three lots from two existing lots on
the SE corner of Janesville Road and Kelly Drive, and
division submitted by Ted Lane in Resolution #P. C. 15-76
adopted February 17, 1976, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
