APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ADRIAN SCHMIDT
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Richard P.
Jahnka, land surveyor, July 7, 1977, has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the.Adrian SchrnidY property
in part of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended the rezoning of
this property in Resolution #P. C. 58-77 from R-1 to RS-1 to
permit the development of 30,000 sq. ft. lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a four parcel division of the Adrian Schmidt
property in part of the SE 1/4 of Section 5 subject to the approval
of the city engineer. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
L
rezoning of this property to an RS-1 District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's authority
to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
