ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GORDON MAYER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Gordon Mayer,
S63 W14952 Garden Terrace, to permit construction 0.f a
lb' x 20' unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Gordon
Mayer for a 14' x 20' unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
the second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings *
on the lot. ..
