WHEREAS Clarence J. Froelich, W193 S6776 Hillendale
Drive, has submitted a sketch for a division of his property
in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS the sketch indicates the extension of Tans Drive
abutting this property, and
WH%REAS due to the topography in this area, a study should
be made regarding development in this area.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer a sketch submitted by Clarence
J. Froelich for a division of his property in the S.E. 1/4 of
Section 5 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
