DENIAL OF SKETCF FOR LA3D DIVISION
F. D. SPAIGHT
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by F. D. Spaight,
S76 W18553 Kingston Drive, for a two parcel division of his
property on the southeast corner of Kingston and Lincoln Drives
in Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 2, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 100'
average width and 11,250 sq. ft. lots, and
WHEREAS the Planning Consultant has recommended to the Plan
Commission that this division be denied because in his opinion
an additional dwelling unit on this lot would be detrimental to
this general area, and development on lots not ample in size and
regular in form should be discouraged in this area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted for a two
paxel division of the F. D. Spaight property.
