APPROVAL OF SKETCH €OR LAND DIVISION
XEOME DANES
WHEREAS Keome Danes, 576 W13330 McShane Drive, has
subnitted a sketch for a two parcel division of her property
on McShane Drive, and
WSEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000
sq.--ft.lots with--llO’ average~width and the -lots proposed meet
these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a
two parcel division of the Danes property at S76 W13330 McShane
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying
the cost of review.
