APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NORTHRIDGE BANK - PARKLAND PLAZA PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Kenneth E. Berke,
land surveyor, July 1, 1977, has been submitted to finalize a two
parcel division of the Parkland Plaza planned unit development
property on Janesville Road in Section 10, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 78-77 adopted June 21, 1977, and
WHEREAS a document has been submitted which will assure the
city that the lagoons will be properly maintained by the owners
of Parcels 1 and 2.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted
to finalize a two parcel division of the Parkland Plaza planned unit
property on Janesville Road in Section 10 subject to the approval of
the city engineer.
