REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL STORAGE AREA
GERALD LOEBEL
CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #65
WHEREAS Gerald Loebel, W181 S9134 Parker Drive, was
granted Conditional Use Grant #65 by the Plan Commission
November 21, 1972, to permit the indoor storage of recreational
equipment, etc., in the existing oubuildings on his property,
and
WHEREAS Mr. Loebel has now submitted plans prepared by Trebor
Development Corp. for construction of additional storage area,
and
WHEREAS the plans indicate an addition to an existing
building as well as construction of a new building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this request for additional
storage area submitted by Gerald Loebel to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
