RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL
DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS
BARBARA LOVALD
WHEREAS Barbara Lovald, W176 S6999 Wildwood Drive, has
submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lots 7 and 8,
Block 8, in Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS an existing home is on Lot 7, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS the .lots have approximately 60' average width and
9000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS previous requests for legal status have been denied
in this subdivision to alleviate increased density and over-
crowding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request of Barbara Lovald for legal status for Lots 7 and
8, Block 8, in Muskego Shores Subdivision be denied.
