APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WALTER VESBACH
WHEREAS Walter Vesbach, S82 W17262 Woods Road, has submitted
a sketch for an approximately three acre division of his property
on Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS the proposed division more than meets the require-
ments of this RS-1 District which is without public sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for an
approximately three acre division of the Walter Vesbach property
on Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 16.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defrayingthe
cost of review in accordance with Section 10.3 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
